barkoscial provides a decentralized social finance platform enabling users to access blockchain-based financial tools, DeFi products, peer-to-peer transactions, and community-driven financial services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial services in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, wallet keys, and all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
All transactions conducted through barkoscial are executed on blockchain networks and are irreversible once confirmed. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions may be subject to network fees (gas fees) and price volatility, and barkoscial bears no liability for losses arising from market fluctuations or failed transactions. Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
All content, branding, software, smart contracts, and materials on the barkoscial platform are the exclusive intellectual property of barkoscial or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You agree not to use barkoscial for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, financing of terrorism, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities in, or interfere with the integrity of the platform, its smart contracts, or underlying blockchain infrastructure.
DeFi and blockchain-based financial services carry inherent risks including smart contract vulnerabilities, liquidity risk, regulatory uncertainty, and total loss of funds. barkoscial does not provide investment advice, and nothing on this platform constitutes a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You participate entirely at your own risk.
The barkoscial platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously operational.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, barkoscial and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of funds, data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid to barkoscial in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to users, third parties, or the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately, though any on-chain assets remain accessible directly through the blockchain.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable international financial regulations. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration, except where prohibited by local law.
